2. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Features and usage limits vary by plan.

3. Nature of Service (AI Disclaimer)

  • Rapidscoop uses AI to generate content including videos and images.
  • Outputs may vary in quality, style, and accuracy.
  • Results are non-deterministic and may differ for similar inputs.
  • No guarantee is provided for engagement, reach, conversions, or performance.

Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs does not qualify for refunds.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select Subscription
  4. Click Cancel Subscription

5. Refund Policy

5.1 24-Hour Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase or renewal only if no significant usage has occurred.

5.2 Usage-Based Policy

Rapidscoop is a consumption-based AI platform.

  • Once any video, image, or content generation is initiated, the service is considered used.
  • After usage begins, subscriptions are non-refundable.

5.3 Add-ons

  • All add-ons (videos, images, creative ads) are non-refundable once generation starts.

5.4 Service Downtime

If the service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, a prorated refund may be issued.

5.5 Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests after 24 hours with any usage
  • Dissatisfaction with AI outputs
  • Failure to achieve business or marketing outcomes
  • Partial usage of services
  • Violation of terms of service

7. Abuse Prevention

  • Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse or exploitation.
  • This includes excessive generation followed by refund requests.
  • Repeated subscription and cancellation patterns may result in account restrictions.

8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
